Our Ethos 
We believe that fast food should be healthy as well tasty, and we aim to make restaurant quality food, with fresh ingredients prepared by our own chefs without any artificial flavours or preservatives
What you see on the menu is always what you get. Our vegetarian products contain no animal products and are prepared separately to ensure they are 100% vegan friendly.
To make authentic Mexican food we do have to import some ingredients, but source locally for the rest and are confident you will be able to taste the freshness

Chargrilled Marinated Chicken
Marinated overnight in a chipotle and garlic adobo
 
Slow-Cooked Barbecue Pork
Outdoor reared by award winning local butcher Ramsays of Carluke,  this is slow cooked for seven hours in a chipotle and cinnamon sauce until it falls apart
 
Shredded Beef Chilli
Our signature chilli is prepared with 100% beef brisket with  black beans and of course our own blend of spices, including three varieties of chilli
 
Albondigas 
Spicy Mexican meatballs made with steak and pork mince in a chipotle and roast tomato sauce
Vegan Mac n Cheese.
 100% vegan with a cashew nut sauce
 
Vegetarian Chilli
Changing on a weekly basis, our vegetarian chillis include Coconut & Sweet Potato, Aubergine & Mushroom , Red Pepper and Black Bean, among others. Check the specials board for this weeks!

First we pan fry it until crispy, then slow braise it with a chipotle and citrus sauce
